Eligibility Criteria:
 
Age Limit:  
1. For state Mine post: Max age is 28 years. 
2. For Deputy General Manager: Max age is 45 years. 
3. For post no. 3 & 5: Max age is 35 years. 
4. For post no. 4: Max age is 30 years.

Educational Qualification:  
1. Mine Mate / Sirdar: H.S.C  
2. Deputy General Manager (Mines): BE / B.Tech (Mining)  
3. Assistant Manager (HR): MLW / MSW / MBA (HR)  
4. Assistant Engineer (Civil): b, e (civil) 
5. Assistant Manager (Finance / Accounts / Audit): CA or MBA (Finance)
